About the wine
For us, wine is something "living", an unadulterated natural product. The subtle maturation processes in the barrel and in the bottle require time, peace and intuitive support.
Our white wines have a refreshing fruit acidity. They are lively and stimulating. We pay attention to the delicate fruit aromas typical of the variety, from the grape to the bottle. The wines harmonize well with modern cuisine.
We cultivate our main variety, Pinot Noir, with passion. This demanding grape keeps its treasures hidden in the skins of the berries. We carefully monitor its growth until the harvest.
We focus on a low vine load with light, small-berried grapes. These ripen evenly and produce more extract substances. The berries that are well-sunlit have thicker skins and are therefore more resistant to diseases. This is our strategy for the sustainable protection of the ecology and biodiversity in the vineyard.
Healthy, first-class grapes have the potential to produce exceptional wines.
