Two quantities (portion sizes via a time control) can now be set and called up via the display. However, the function of manually grinding an amount by eye is still possible. By pressing both portion buttons at the same time, you switch to manual mode.
Since the PERFETTO was developed for grinding both espresso and filter coffee, in addition to the classic portafilter support (fork), there is also an optional collecting container that is designed to hold larger portions of ground coffee.
At second glance, the slightly larger and redesigned grind selector switch is also noticeable. Behind the new EASY SETTING system is a mechanism that uses a sophisticated gear ratio to enable quick switching between different grind settings (filter, espresso, fresh press, etc.).
