The Cremina is the classic lever espresso machine without any ifs or buts.

In 1967, the Swiss manufacturer of fine espresso machines introduced the Cremina for the first time.
In 2002 and 2008 it was technically revised and many parts were further improved. In over four decades it has become not only a collector's item, but a legend. As early as the 1970s, the New York Times called the Cremina "the best espresso machine in the world" and in 2003 the Neue Zürcher Zeitung praised it as the "Rolls-Royce of one-armed coffee bandits".

The Cremina works with the tried and tested pre-infusion piston system: When the hand lever is pulled up, a small amount of water is drawn into the piston chamber and flows into the pressed coffee powder to allow it to pre-swell. When the lever is manually pressed down, the hot water is pressed through the coffee powder. This tried and tested extraction process guarantees the perfect espresso, where crema, smell and taste create a harmonious pleasure for the eye, nose and palate. The high-performance tubular heating element made of stainless steel has a thermal fuse to protect against overheating. The high-tech seals made of high-quality technical plastics also ensure perfection and durability.
